Stress!! This kind of condition maybe always come to ourlife as a teenagers and the student as well. Sometimes it comes because we are too busy with homeworks that the teacher give to us, examinations, or even because we break up with our boyfriend or girlfriend.
When the sterss level increases, it can cause our body organs work hard and moreover it can damage it. I'm sure you don't want to have it, right?. So I will give you some tips to handle it by running healthy life style. Enjoy!
First, begin with a breathing and a smile.
A deep breathing can make us and of course our nerves become relaxed. Just try it.
The next thing that you can do is re-arrange your meal times and the menu.
Avoid consumps fat! It can make your body overweight and this is a disaster also for teenager. It's also can be another factor that can cause stress.
And last but not least, make sure that you are not a smoker.
Smoke doesn't give any benefit. It can damage your lungs and it makes you are difficult to breath.
Start from now change by doing exercise or drinking juice.
With healthy life style you can handle stress easily with no cost and of course healthy.
So, don't let stress make you down..fight it and say SAYOUNARA STRESS..!!!
